Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein for the MCWI Agreement No. 254-2-CW-5.5 Millard Jail Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements Project will be received by the Pearl River County Utility Authority at the Pearl River County Utility Authority Office located at 921 Goodyear Blvd., Picayune, MS 39466
until 2:00 P.M., local time, on Friday, May 31, 2024, and then publicly opened and read. Sealed bids shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and performing all work necessary to complete the MCWI Agreement No. 254-2-CW-5.5 Millard Jail Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements Project. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com.. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered.

The work under this contract includes installation of a mechanical bar screen and concrete dumpster pad. Copies of the Contract Documents are available for viewing and obtaining at www.dunganeng.com. Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 925 Goodyear Blvd., Picayune, Mississippi, 39466. All interested parties are urged to attend this conference.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Pearl River County Utility Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.

Neither the State of Mississippi, the Local Governments and MDEQ, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with MCWI Program Regulations.
