Sealed bids for the construction of a new emergency power generator at the existing water treatment plant for the Coles Community Water Association in Crosby, Mississippi, will be received by the association,
until 6:30 PM local time on June 18, 2024, at the association’s office, 1077 Nebo Road, Gloster, MS 39638, and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com.

The work involved in the project includes the construction of a new concrete generator pad and the installation of an emergency power generator with associated electrical improvements as described in the project Construction Drawings and Contract Documents.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Dungan Engineering, P. A., located at 120 E Chickasaw St, Brookhaven, MS 39601, 601-823-7026 or online at www.dunganeng.com. Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
